ANALISIS KELAYAKAN USAHA PENGEMBANGAN WISATA TELAGA BLEDER KABUPATEN MAGELANG

Abstract

One of the more popular natural tourist spots in Magelang Regency is Bleder Lake (Telaga Bleder). This tourist destination has a lot of room to grow by adding amenities like picture ops, park and lakefront seats, and water rides in rowboats. The objective of this qualitative descriptive study is to evaluate the technical, market, and financial viability of developing Telaga Bleder. Secondary and primary data were employed in this investigation. In order to establish whether Bleder Lake could be developed, 30 respondents were given questionnaires to complete in order to get primary data about how visitors perceived and were interested in Bleder Lake. Secondary information was gathered through publications and statistical sources. Overall, Telaga Bleder's proposed development is feasible. The market aspect demonstrates that Telaga Bleder tourism has a good market potential since it is anticipated that the tourism industry will grow in the new normal and because people are interested in Telaga Bleder's attractiveness. Technically, the suggested development is thought to be feasible because there is space available, the necessary facilities have defined technical requirements and are simple to obtain, and the implementation time is manageable. This development plan is considered financially feasible to undertake since financial analysis reveals that the payback period is 1 year and 1 month, the net present value is positive, and the internal rate of return is 111 percent.
