This study aims to determine the influence of ethical leadership, employee motivation, employee involvement on employee performance in manufacturing companies. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study were 100 employees by using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires through Google Form. Hypothesis testing in this study uses Multiple Linear Regression analysis. Research subjects are employees. The results of this study indicate that the ethical leadership variable partially has a significant effect on employee performance, the motivational variable partially has a significant effect on employee performance and employee involvement partially has a significant effect on employee performance. And the variables of ethical leadership, motivation and employee involvement simultaneously have a significant effect. and has a positive effect on employee performance variables. The existence of a significant influence on employee performance indicates that ethical leadership, employee motivation and employee involvement are important things that must be considered by companies in their efforts to increase employee performance productivity so that workers feel more reliable in their work and work engagement and a good work environment that can create a more optimal working atmosphere and provide excellent and improved performance.
