he purpose of this study is to explore the effect of Organizational Justice Perceptions on burnout, the effect of burnout on job
satisfaction, the effect of job satisfaction and job stress on turnover intention, and mediating role of burnout and job satisfaction in the relationships between organizational justice and turnover intention. Expected this study contribute to give more information for
management studies and positive managerial implications for reducing turnover intention in millennial and generation z employees. This study uses survey method for collect data by a purposive sampling method. This study is quantitative research and uses SEM for data analysis technique. This study finds several things, first organizational justice perceptions are positively influence to burnout. Second, burnout will be positively influence to job satisfaction. Third, Job satisfaction and job stress positively influence to turnover intention. Fourth, burnout and job satisfaction will act as mediators in the relationships between organizational justice perceptions and turnover intention. This study also bring managerial implications for organization, that is improving organizational justice and job satisfaction as well as reducing burnout and job stress will reduce employee turnover intention.
