This study aims to determine the effect of job training, employee job involvement and work safety on the performance of PT. Karunia Putra Samudra's employees. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study were employees of PT. Karunia Putra Samudra as many as 98 respondents using the saturated sampling technique. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires through Google Form. Hypothesis testing in this study using Multiple Linear Regression analysis. The research subjects are employees of PT. Karunia Putra Samudra. The results of this study indicate that the variables of job training, employee job involvement and work safety partially and simultaneously have a significant and positive effect on variables employee performance PT. Karunia Putra Samudra. The existence of a significant influence on employee performance indicates that job training, job involvement and work safety are important things that must be considered by companies in their efforts to increase employee performance productivity so that workers feel more reliable in their work with the knowledge gained from training and job involvement that can make the work atmosphere more optimal and maintain work safety so as to be able to provide excellent and increased performance.
