Abstract

Credit distribution as one of the most important activities of the Bank in generating profits, the greater the credit extended by the bank, the greater the profit obtained from setting loan interest rates. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Non-performing Loans, Capital and Credit Interest Rates on Credit Distribution in the banking sub-sector listed on the IDX for the period 2018-2021. This study uses purposive sampling and there are 92 financial statements from 23 companies that are used as research samples. Non-Performing Loans (NPL) variable, Capital variable as measured by Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan Interest Rate variable measured by Bank Indonesia reference interest rate and Loan Distribution variable measured by the bank's annual loan amount, and The research method uses linear multiples. The results of the study found that Non-performing Loans, Capital and Credit Interest Rates had a simultaneous effect on Credit Distribution and the results of the partial study that the Non-performing Loans variable had no negative and significant effect on Credit Distribution, the Capital variable had a positive and significant effect on Credit Distribution and the Loan Interest Rate variable. significant influence on Credit Distribution.
