ANALISIS DAMPAK PEMBERIAN KOMPENSASI, MOTIVASI KERJA, KEPUASAN KERJA DAN KETERLIBATAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN

Employee performance is an important element for companies to achieve success because they are responsible for managing various aspects of warehousing. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, work motivation, job satisfaction and job involvement on employee performance in the warehouse industry company. The research method used was a survey through questionnaires to 115 respondents who are private warehouse employees in Jakarta with at least 1 year of work, the data obtained was analyzed using Partial Least Square SEM data processing. The results of the study indicate that there is a positive influence between compensation, work motivation and work involvement on employee performance. However, for job satisfaction is proven to have no positive relationship to employee performance. The benefit of this research, namely considering the balance between reasonable working hours and time for the personal life of employees is important. This can improve employee welfare and prevent fatigue so that employee productivity at work will decrease and maintaining fairness in the treatment of all employees will create a positive and supportive environment. Companies can increase special attention to compensation, motivation and work involvement to be able to improve employee performance in achieving company success.
