Abstract

In fostering and developing MSMEs in the city of Bekasi, a forum is needed that functions as a continuous training and guidance. This Community Service Activity (PKM) aims to enable MSMEs under the Unitary Institute STIAMI LPPM to increase their ability and experience in creating digital content related to the promotion of their products.

This training uses several methods, including (1) lectures to explain the importance of digital content in promotion, (2) discussion to find out the problems faced by MSMEs in creating digital content, and (3) simulation as a practical session so that it is hoped that MSME actors will better understand and master how to create content with digital media as a means of business promotion. The PkM-Technical Assistance Activities for Creating Digital Promotional Content for Bekasi City MSMEs have been carried out and run smoothly without significant obstacles and in accordance with the goals to be achieved, and get good results. 100 UMKM City Champions as Bekasi training participants also responded positively to the implementation of the training. This is because they get the material from this training according to their needs and training activities are not monotonous. The leading UMKM city of Bekasi.
